1. We will not charge any fixed or dynamic fees for one-time transfers.
2. You have the option to cancel at any point before the transfer of funds, without incurring any cost or loss.
3, We are a registered financial services company, and we adhere to the laws of the United States as well as international regulations.
How much does it cost to send money with us?
We use a credit points system. To earn points, you can watch an advertisement video from members of our diaspora communities, ensuring relevancy, and from the points earned you can transfer funds for free.
For prescheduled expedited transfers we will change a monthly subscription fee.
Where can I send and receive cash?
At our city center offices Harare or Bulawayo.
What kind of payment services do we accept from first world countries?

What is money sent or received in third world countries?
Money can be sent using a cash transfer or deposited in our bank account.
Money can be received via a cash pickup or direct deposit into a bank account
How do I track my transfers?
You can go to the track transfers page in My account to see completed transfers, in progress transfers and you can see uninitiated transfers.
When and how can I cancel transfers?
When placing a bid, you have the option to automatically commit to a transfer as soon as a client is located, or you can choose to confirm upon receiving a mobile or email alert that a client has been found, and then proceed to commit.
Once a transfer is finalized, it cannot be cancelled. Your recipient would need to initiate a return transfer, allowing us to begin the process anew in the opposite direction with a different client.
You can only cancel a transfer before it gets into the pending transfer state.
